The Swan House

Built in 1928 for Atlanta’s prominent Inman family, Swan House is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks—a grand Italian-inspired mansion designed by renowned architect Philip Trammell Shutze. Set among terraced lawns, cascading fountains, stone stairways, and meticulously manicured gardens, the estate feels less like a wedding venue and more like a European villa tucked into the heart of Buckhead. A National Register of Historic Places site and one of Atlanta’s most photographed locations, Swan House brings together nearly a century of history, timeless architecture, and unmistakable Southern elegance.
